米国移民局はEB-1、EB-2ビザに属する外国人労働者の移民申請書（I-140フォーム）のPremium Processing申請を可能にします。このPremium Processingを希望する申請者はI-907フォームを提出する必要があります。2023年1月30日からUSCISは以下の該当するケースに対してI-907フォームを受け付けます。

・すべての保留中のE13(多国籍経営幹部)申請書、E21 NIW申請書
・新規E13(多国籍経営幹部)申請書、E21 NIW申請書

USCISは、効率性を向上しシステムの負担を軽減するため以前に発表しました。3月にはOPTを希望するF-1ビザ学生およびSTEM OPT延を希望するF-1ビザ学生に対し、保留中のI-765フォーム、雇用許可申請に対しPremium Processingが適応されます。4月にはOPTを希望、STEM OPT延長を希望するF-1ビザ学生に対して、新規でI-765フォームを提出するケースに対しPremium Processingが適応されます。詳細は2月に発表予定です。

USCISはI-539フォームであるステータスの変更・延長のケースにも利用できるよう進めています。5月に保留中のI-539フォームに対する特定の学生や交換留学生へ、また6月には新規I-539フォームに対する特定の学生や交換留学生へ利用を拡大する予定です。
