This office is conveniently located near the Somerville Circle and it is also within walking distance (two blocks) from the NJ Transit Train Station-Raritan, providing direct access to Newark Penn Station. The convenient access to multiple major highways and public transportation nodes allows us to better serve our clients in Central New Jersey.
Snehal Batra, Esq., will continue to serve as the Managing Attorney of our Central New Jersey office. Ms. Batra is adept in helping her clients overcome the various challenges in all areas of U.S. business and family immigration law. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University in Newark in 2001. Ms. Batra is an Immigrant herself, having moved to the United States from India as a child and subsequently becoming a US Citizen. As a consequence, she understands the difficulties and challenges that immigrants commonly encounter while engaged in the U.S. immigration process. She is eager to help families, businesses, and individual immigrants to realize their American dream.
