USCIS has announced the selection of additional registrations to meet the fiscal year 2025 H-1B regular cap. This selection ensures that the required number of registrations for unique beneficiaries is met. Petitioners with selected registrations have been notified and are now eligible to file H-1B cap-subject petitions for the beneficiaries named in their notices. The filing period will last at least 90 days, and the correct fees and forms, including the updated Form I-129 and Form I-907 with the new premium processing fee, must be used. The advanced degree exemption cap has already been met and will not have a second selection. For detailed information, visit the H-1B Electronic Registration Process page.
