PRESS RELEASE: NPZ LAW GROUP, P.C. – OUR U.S. IMMIGRATION LAWYERS WILL TRAVEL TO INDIA TO VISIT FRIENDS, CLIENTS AND PRESENT U.S. IMMIGRATION LAW UPDATES.

Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group is pleased to announce that, during the month of February 2018, U.S. Immigration Attorneys, David Nachman Esq. and Snehal Batra, Esq. will be visiting India and meeting with corporate (and other) clients and friends. They will be visiting Mumbai, and Gujarat. Mr. Nachman and Ms. Batra will be in India between February 17th, 2018 and March 3rd, 2018. They will be speaking at several pre-organized professional events, meeting friends and visiting the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai.

The Trump Administration continues to make many important changes in the U.S. immigration regulatory landscape. Nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing (such as the H-1B Nonimmigrant Work Visas, H-4 Work Authorization, and Green Card Processing) continue(s) to be a challenge given the current climate and increased enforcement in the U.S. (and at the Consulate Offices abroad). It is important for up-to-date and cutting-edge information to be presented in a user-friendly manner. Since our last visit to India, there are many new developments in the immigration arena – for example, announcements about: H-4 Work Authorization Termination, H-1B Wage Level I RFE issues, O-1 Visa Processing issues, F-1 Student Visa Denials, 221(g) Delays, and much, much more. Also with the new U.S. Administration, we will help clients in India to understand “What to continue to expect for Immigration and Visa Laws under the New Administration”.

David H. Nachman, Esq. is one of the Managing Attorneys at NPZ. He has over 20 years of experience in Corporate and Business Immigration and Nationality Law Practice. Mr. Nachman attended Georgetown University (B.S.); Case Western Reserve University (MBA); and Case Western Reserve University Law School (JD). Mr. Nachman is a member of the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Nachman is a former NJ Chapter Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (“AILA”) and serves as Mentor to National AILA members on Business Immigration Law issues. Mr. Nachman was appointed as an Ethics Fee Arbitrator (2014) and he is an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies at Bergen Community College and at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Snehal Batra, Esq., Counsel at the NPZ Law Group, P.C., will be joining David Nachman, Esq. during the India trip in November. Ms. Batra is an Indian-American attorney with a passion for immigration law which derives from being an immigrant herself. Having been born in India and raised in New Jersey, Mrs. Batra understands firsthand the many difficulties and challenges that immigrants commonly experience while engaged in the U.S. immigration process.

Mr. Nachman and Ms. Batra continue to write frequent articles and hold speaking engagements about burgeoning developments in the U.S. immigration law arena.

Mr. Nachman and Ms. Batra will also try to accommodate any requests for individual meetings in Mumbai, and Gujarat. However, since they will have limited time in India (on this trip), we would encourage interested parties to contact us early to schedule an in-person consultation. Please feel free to e-mail to us at info@visaserve.com
