L-1Aビザ:マネージャーやエグゼクティブの立場で社内転勤する人に最適です。過去3年間のうち少なくとも1年間はエグゼクティブ、またはマネージャーとして雇用者に仕えており、アメリカでも同ポジション、職種に就くことが求められます。

L-1Bビザ:職種に関した特別な技術(知識)を持つ社内転勤者向けのビザです。過去3年間のうち少なくとも1年間は外国の雇用者と共に働き、特別な技術を活用したサービスをアメリカでも提供することが求められます。
