Apply for Permanent Residence through the Pilots
Foreign nationals may be eligible to apply for permanent residence through the Home Care Worker Pilots if they:
- Have a valid, full-time job offer in home care
- Possess relevant work experience or training
- Meet required language proficiency and educational criteria
Employers: Hire Skilled Workers through the Pilots
Canadian employers in need of child care or home support workers can hire experienced, pre-qualified candidates through these streamlined immigration pathways.
