Form I-539申請者のためのPremium Processing(特急申請)を発表


米国移民局(USCIS)は、2023年6月13日から、Premium Processingサービスを拡大しForm I-539の延長/変更の申請も対象になります。この変更は、F-1、F-2、M-1、M-2、J-1、J-2の非移民ステータスに変更を希望する人にとって大いに関係しています。

段階的な拡大
このサービスは段階的に導入されます。第一段階は6月13日より、紙面、またはオンラインでForm I-907(Premium Processingサービス)のリクエストを受け付けます。保留中のForm I-539を持ち、F-1、F-2、M-1、M-2、J-1、J-2へのステータスの変更を希望する人々に適用されます。第二段階は6月26日より、Form I-907のリクエストをForm I-539と同時に提出することが可能になります。ただしこのサービスは限定されており、M-1、M-2のステータスでの滞在延長を求める人の申請は対象外になります。


重要な考慮事項
上記の規定された日付前に受け取られたリクエストは却下されてしまいます。また、Form I-907をForm I-539と同じ方法で提出する必要があることに注意してください。Form I-539を郵送またはオンラインで提出した場合、Form I-907も同様の方法で提出しなければなりません。また、申請者は生体認証を提出する必要があります。Premium Processing は、Form I-539に記載された申請者とすべての共同申請者が生体認証を提出した後に始まります。

Form オンライン提出
Form I-907をオンラインで提出する予定の場合、まずUSCISのオンラインアカウントを設定する必要があります。アカウントの作成は無料で、フォームの提出、手数料の支払い、審査プロセス全体を通じて保留中のUSCIS移民リクエストのステータスの追跡、安全な受信箱を介したUSCISとの通信の機能を提供します。

効率化への取り組み
サービスの拡大はUSCISの全体的な移民システムへの負担を軽減し効率を向上し、移民プロセスへよりアクセスしやすくするための重要な一歩です。
