USCISは、EB-1、EB-2分類で保留中のI-140申請のPremium Processing Serviceを行います。これは、以前申請されてまだ保留中であるI-140申請に限定されます。リクエストする申請者は、フォームI-907でサービスのリクエストを提出する必要があります。

このサービスは下記の通り段階的に行われます。
•2022年6月1日以降、2021年1月1日以前に受け取った多国籍エグゼクティブおよびマネージャー請願に対するフォームI-907を受け入れます。
•2022年7月1日以降、2021年6月1日以前に受け取ったNIW請願、2021年3月1日以前に受け取った多国籍エグゼクティブおよびマネージャー請願に対するフォームI-907要求を受け入れます。

2022年6月1日、もしくは2022年7月1日の開始日より前に提出されたPremium Processingは拒否されます。
USCISはフォームI-907の新しいバージョンを05/31/22日付で公開しました。 6月の間は、フォームI-907の09/30/20版と05/31/22版の両方を受け入れます。 7月1日以降、09/30/20版のI-907フォームは拒否されます。以前に発表されたように、USCISは効率を高め、入国管理システム全体の負担を軽減する取り組みの一環として様々なことを拡張しています。

2021年12月7日以降、USCISは住所変更フォームAR-11は、08/31/21更新版のみを受け付けます。それまでは09/10/19版をご使用できます。

変更は下記の方法でお手続き可能です。

・既存のUSCISオンラインアカウントを通じて、フォームをオンラインで提出
・オンラインで、AR-11フォームを提出 https://www.uscis.gov/ar-11

提出後は、フォームに記載したすべての保留中の申請、請願の住所が更新されます。

家庭内暴力、人身売買、その他の犯罪の被害者でない限り、または以前にI-751フォームの虐待免除を申請したことがない場合に限り、住所変更Webページを使用する場合は、紙面でAR-11フォームを郵送する必要はありません。紙面を提出しなければならない特別な状況の詳細については、USCISのWebページをご参照ください。

USCISは、申請中のケースに関して遅延を回避するため、住所更新をすることを強くお勧めします。

米国郵政公社（USPS）で住所を変更しても、USCIS、または移民審査局（EOIR）で住所が変更されることはありません。 USCISとUSPS（移民手続き中の場合はEOIR）の両方で住所を更新してください。
