グリーンカードのスポンサー ~中小企業向けガイド~

グリーンカードプロセスは、多くの人が思っているよりも単純です。最初は外国の従業員を雇用する必要があることを確認するために労働省から認証を取得します。

労働省に賃金の決定を提出することから始まり、このプロセスは数か月かかることがあります。

続いて募集プロセスを開始します。新聞やオンラインなどのさまざまなチャネルで役職を広告することで、違法行為を防止する意味も含まれます。

募集プロセス終了後、30日間が経ってから労働者認証とも呼ばれるオンラインアプリケーションを提出します。

承認されると労働省はフォームI-140提出に進むための認証を発行します。このフォームには、あなたの会社、財政、役職、従業員に関する情報が収集されます。

中小企業にとって不可欠なステップは、提案された賃金を支払う能力を証明することです。これは税金の申告書、年次報告書、監査済みの財務報告書、米国の連邦企業税の申告書を通じて示すことができます。

H-1Bビザ従業員の場合、現在の給与を支払っていることの証拠を提出できます。もしくは、現在の給与と将来提案された給与の差をカバーできることを証明する必要があります。

独立事業主は、ビジネスの収入を確認するために、リースとビジネスの費用、利益、損失計算書の証拠書類を提出する必要があります。

レストラン、建設会社、不動産業者などの中小企業でも、従業員のグリーンカードのスポンサーに成功することができます。その鍵は、労働者認証プロセスを理解し、財政的な能力を示し、経験豊富な移民弁護士と協力することです。
