A. 2つのオプションがあります。

IR1、CR1ビザ
このビザを取得するには、配偶者の為に、あなたは事実上スポンサーになる必要があります。移民ビザ入国の為にForm I-130提出が必要であり、USCISでの手続き後は、National Visa Centerとアメリカ大使館で残り必要な手続きをします。配偶者は入国前に完璧に米国外で手続きを行い、入国した後は永住権がすぐに認められる、という流れになります。   K-3、A K-3ビザ
結婚した場所でビザを申請する必要があります。基本的に申請が米国外で行われることを意味しています。アメリカで結婚をした場合は、配偶者の自国にあるアメリカ大使館で手続きが必要であり、I-130フォームと、I-129F フォームの2つの提出が必須です。
K-3ビザは、新しい方のビザの種類であり、発給までには数か月を必要とします。配偶者はビザ取得後にアメリカへの渡航が可能です。

どちらのビザもあなたと配偶者が法的に結婚をした証明(婚姻証明書)が必要です。未婚のパートナーは、スポンサーになることができません。さらにこのような状況下で申請する場合、あなたはアメリカ市民権である必要があります。さらに、あなたは少なくとも１８歳であることが申請可能な条件です。
