留学生が米国で勉強するためには学生ビザが必要です。米国内のほとんどの大学は非移民に対し2つのステータスを提供しています。

F-1ステータス:米国内で特定の学位プログラム(BS、MS、Ph.D、MD等)を修得したい非移民の学生のために発行されます。希望する学生に必要な書類には、F-1ビザ、I-20、I-94、入学のスタンプが含まれます。J-1ステータス:米国の交換プログラムに参加する非移民に使用されるステータスです。 必要な書類には、J-1ビザ、DS-2019、I-94、入学のスタンプが含まれます。米国の大多数の留学生はF-1ステータスを取得しているため、ここではF-1ビザの学生の採用に焦点を当てます。

インターンシップのためのF-1ビザ
