U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that Premium Processing (Form I-907) fees will increase effective March 1, 2026.
Premium Processing requests postmarked on or after March 1, 2026 must include the new fee amount, or USCIS may reject the filing.
Key Premium Processing fee updates effective March 1, 2026:
• Form I-129 (most classifications, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3): $2,965
• Form I-129 (H-2B or R-1): $1,780
• Form I-140: $2,965
• Form I-539 (certain categories): $2,075
• Form I-765 (certain categories, including OPT/STEM OPT): $1,780
If you are considering Premium Processing for an upcoming filing, you may wish to plan accordingly in light of the March 1 increase.
