バイデン大統領の大統領命令:イスラム教徒の旅行禁止を撤廃


バイデン大統領は、2021年1月20日の就任初日に「イスラム教徒の旅行禁止」の撤回を含む6つの移民関連のに署名しました。

旅行禁止は2017年に制定され、シリア、イラン、イラク、スーダン、リビア、ソマリア、イエメンから米国への旅行と移民を制限し、2020年には、エリトリア、ナイジェリア、ミャンマー、キルギスタン、タンザニアを追加しました。国務省はこれらの国のビザ申請を再開するように指示されています。

上記の国の一部の人は一時的なビザを取得することを許可されていましたが、グリーンカードで米国に居住することは許可されておらず、ビザ申請者のごく一部の人だけが旅行禁止の免除を許可されていました。

大統領が、トランプ大統領の移民制限政策の多くを廃止するために、今後、数日、数週間、数ヶ月でさらに多くの移民大統領令に署名することが期待されています。
