最も重要なことは、全ての方が旅行を許可されているわけではないことを覚えておいてください。 アメリカ、カナダの旅行のルールは事前の通知がほとんどされずに変更されることを覚えておくことが重要です。 アメリカから出国する前に、資格のある移民法専門の弁護士等にご自身の状況を確認することをお勧めします。

旅行者は入国する際、I-94フォーム（到着/出発記録）を印刷しご持参ください。CBP Webサイトから、http：//www.cbp.govにアクセスしご自身のI-94から印刷ができます。旅行する際は、都度I-94を印刷しましょう。  電子I-94のコピーを取得できる唯一の方法は、CBPにFOIAをリクエストすることですが、 費用がかかること、またこのリクエストに対して応答を受けるには何週間も時間がかかります。
