条件付きの有効期限が切れる前に、90日以内にフォームI-751を提出する必要があります。 USCISは、I-751を提出するよう通知を随時送信します。 「酌量すべき事情」を示すことができれば、遅れて提出することが許される場合があります。 配偶者が亡くなった場合、結婚が終了した場合、虐待の被害者である場合は、共同請願要件の免除を要求できます。
