Only those with selected registrations can file H-1B cap-subject petitions for FY 2024. The petitions, which must be filed at the correct service center and within the period indicated on the registration selection notice, cannot be submitted online and must be accompanied by a printed copy of the applicable registration selection notice.
This selection only grants eligibility to file an H-1B cap-subject petition, not approval. Petitioners, including those eligible for the advanced degree exemption, must still fulfill all statutory and regulatory requirements to secure approval for their petitions.
