EB-3 Other Workers Immigrant Visa/Green Card

The EB-3 Other Workers immigrant visa/green card covers workers in specialty occupation, which are those requiring a body of knowledge in a professional field, and at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. To obtain an EB-3 Other Workers immigrant visa/green card visa, the foreign national employee needs an employer sponsor.

The EB-3 Labor Certification immigrant visa/green card category is designed to allow foreign national workers to live and work permanently in the United States in situations where:

  •  There are not sufficient U.S. workers who are able, willing, qualified and available at the time of the application and at the place where the alien is to perform the work; and
  •  The employment of such aliens will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of similarly employed U.S. workers.
The immigration attorneys of NPZ Law Group have successfully helped foreign nationals obtain EB-3 Other Workers immigrant visas/green cards. Our experienced staff members, many of whom are immigrants themselves, also provide support services to help immigrants and their family members with social security cards, driver’s licenses, and other transfer and relocation issues.
