EB-1(c) - Multinational Executives or Managers

The EB-1(c) or E1-3 multinational executive immigrant visa/green card category is designed to allow multinational companies to transfer executive or managerial employees from one county to another for business reasons. These transfers can be made:

  •  from the parent company to a subsidiary;
  •  from the home office to a branch office;
  •  from affiliate to affiliate.

To qualify for an E1-3 Multinational Executive and/or Manager immigrant visa/green card, the employee must have worked abroad for the company in either a managerial or executive capacity for at least one year in the three years before the transfer. The employee should also be coming to the United States to work in an executive or management position.

The immigration attorneys of NPZ Law Group have successfully helped foreign nationals obtain E1-3 Multinational Executive visas/green cards. Our experienced staff members also provide support services to help immigrants and their family members with social security cards, driver's licenses, and other transfer and relocation issues.
