Previously I had applied for my permanent residency through an attorney in New York which later on took my money and ran away and left me no where. I was treated very rudely and was charged with a lot of money with this New York attorney. He got my case denied twice and after all this denial I was told that I will have to go to Pakistan or India (my wife is from Pakistan and I am from India) and leave my wife and kid who are US citizen.
