The processing for my cases were quite easy. My only complaint was the time required for the processing of cases (not NPZ’s fault). Everything else was pretty straight forward, but that might be because I might have been asking the right questions. Prices were fair and transparent as well. My only suggestion is for NPZ staff members to maybe pay a bit more attention to the content of each package. Example 1) some of the reused material in my first package mentioned someone else’s name. 2) if possible, I suggest for staff members to review package contents to see if there are any missing elements that may delay approval dates (ie handing in my I-485 without notifying me about an I-693 that can be handed in). This is not a complaint, but a suggestion especially for people who are completely new to status adjustments, legal matters, or cooperation with law firms. People who go a little out of their way to legally help clients/customers will generally have the best reviews, and will be referred to more people. Anyways, all I can say is that I’m only 90% satisfied, but I still feel NPZ deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for helping me all this time.
