I found out over the weekend when I consulted the case status and was elated and over the moon! Thanks to the entire NPZ law team for supporting me and my multiple filings over the years. Hi David and team, – I wanted to close the loop on this and share that my I140 was approved without an RFE. We will now move to the adjustment of status, as my priority date is likely current. Thank you for your your help in confirming that Premium Processing was the right call for me, it saved me a lot of time in this process.
