Gagan Mundra is a Canadian lawyer practicing Canadian Immigration Law* – both in the employment and family-based arenas. While gaining legal experience in India, Canada, and the United States, her flexibility abounds as she brings a deeper understanding of her client’s needs in a cross-border context.

Gagan has in-depth knowledge and understanding of employment-based immigration matters such as work permits (LMIA), intra-company transfer, work permits under International Mobility Programs such as CUSMA, open work permits for dependents, International Experience Canada, and other immigration-related USMCA matters. She has worked actively on complex criminal rehabilitation applications and temporary resident permits (TRP). In addition, she works closely with clients for study permits and visitor visas to Canada.

Gagan earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India, and a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee of Accreditation, Federation of Law Societies of Upper Canada. She is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana in India. She is also a member of non-profit organizations in the United States and Canada.
